How to create an account on our website and order glasses?

Creating an account on Eyetician website and starting shopping is very easy, all you have to do is open your mobile or laptop web browser and write ‘Eyetician.Ca’, this will take you to the home page of our website.

Now, at the top of the home page, you will find the ‘Login’ button at the right, click on ‘New Account’, and enter your first and last name, in addition to your email address and birthday, create a username and password for your account then click on ‘Create account’.

You can add your address and payment details such as country, street address, city, postcode, and phone, you can also save your Prescription Information.

Ordering Glasses

Now, you are ready to choose the glasses that you want to add to your wardrobe, you can see the new collection on our home page, or you can search using preferred keywords such as ‘children’s glasses, sunglasses, reading glasses, etc.

We also have sections for men’s glasses, women’s glasses, kid’s glasses, sunglasses, and glasses on sale on the top of the home page, you can filter the results to find what you need by Shape (Cat Eye, Square, Aviator, D-Frame, Oval, Rectangle, and Round), Material (Metal: Titanium, Memory Metal, Stainless Steel, or Metal), (Plastic: Acetate or Plastic), (Organic: Wood or Organic), (Specialized: Eco-Friendly, or Hypoallergenic), or by Color (Black, Pink, Blue, Purple, Brown, Crystal, Red, Grey, Gold, Silver, Green, Tortoise, or Two-tone). Remember that you can also sort the results by newest products, or price.

After choosing the glasses, click on ‘Details’ to see the available colors, material, shape, module, dimensions, and other details.

You can add lenses to your chosen frames, but remember to enter the most recent prescription details, including your PD (Pupillary Distance), which is used to measure the distance between the centers of pupils, this is very important since it helps you look through the lens of your glasses, if this number was wrong you will not be able to focus properly from both lenses at once.

After entering all the prescription information, agree on conditions and terms, then click on Next. Now, choose why you are using these glasses, and what type of lenses do you need.

You can also choose to upgrade your lenses, making them Anti-Reflective Coating lenses, Impact resistant lenses, Super Hydrophobic lenses, or Blue Light Protection Lenses. Click on Next, check your product information, add your discount coupon if you have one, then click on ‘Proceed to Checkout’.

Enter your address and payment details if you haven’t already entered them when you created the account, you need to also add your credit card information such as your card number, and its expiration date.

Notice that you can add order notes like special notes for delivery, click on ‘Place Order’ and wait for your glasses to arrive at your doorstep!
